Updates

December 11, 2023: printed copies of the Model IPC Policies for ADC's Compendium Notebook featuring all 13 model IPC policy templates, an IPC Program Manual & Policy Template, and additional tip sheets, have been sent to all licensed Adult Day Centers across Virginia. This invaluable tool is designed to assist Adult Day Centers in crafting center-specific IPC policies tailored to the unique needs of their participants.

Implementation of model IPC policies may present technical challenges. Rest assured, we provide all the necessary support, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and valuable resources in one accessible place.

What is Technical Assistance?
In the process of moving towards policy implementation, questions may arise among that need additional clarification, research, or coaching. It may be helpful to talk through a process, policy, or practice with a Subject Matter Expert to better understand how it will impact operations. These requests are expected when adopting policy and practice changes. Technical Assistance is available for support!
