LeadingAge Virginia is the only association representing the full continuum of not-for-profit aging services organizations. Our more than 100 members serve residents and clients through life plan/continuing care retirement communities, senior housing, assisted living, nursing homes, adult day centers, hospice, palliative care and home and community-based services.

We affect policy through our advocacy and offer educational opportunities, shared learning, provider connections and resources about aging. Each of our members has an inspiring story to tell and passion for the people they serve.
