Cultivating a Person-Centered Culture in Dementia Care This presentation captures the critical shift in how dementia care is approached as it provides resources for developing an understanding and appreciation for the journey that each person who has dementia is on. A person-centered culture is one that recognizes and prioritizes the unique needs, preferences and stories of those living with dementia.
