Presenter: Katie Griffith Katie Griffith is the Founder and CEO of Bright Solutions, a technology consulting firm that has exclusively served the senior living industry since 2015. With a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia, Katie began her career at Horizon Software, a food service technology company, where she spent ten years in various roles focused on senior living and healthcare markets. She further honed her expertise in technology solutions for healthcare during her time at AirWatch by VMWare, where she was part of the healthcare sales team. Driven by a deep commitment to the senior living industry, Katie founded Bright Solutions to empower providers with comprehensive technology strategies that maximize their investments and optimize operations. Her firm specializes in helping organizations not only navigate technology decisions but also in crafting strategies that align technology with their mission, ensuring better outcomes for both their operations and residents. Katie is honored to serve as a Board Member of LeadingAge PA and is actively involved on a board committee for another senior living provider in Florida. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys college football, hanging at the beach with her family, running, and volunteering as a therapy team with her English Bulldog.
