Some are fearful of both what is happening today and what tomorrow will look like, while others are grieving actual or perceived losses. So, what is a leader to do in these situations? Leaders are expected to understand the emotions being felt and displayed, and to take these emotions into consideration as they plan for the future. This session will talk about how Emotional Intelligence can help leaders in this situation – exploring what Emotional Intelligence is and how it can be leveraged when leading during a crisis. Exploring how one can work to develop one’s Emotional Intelligence as a leader also will be addressed. (recorded 10.20.20)
