When and where is the conference?

The LeadingAge Virginia Annual Conference will be held June 3-5, 2025, in Norfolk, VA.

What is included in full vs. daily registration?

Full registration includes access to all keynote sessions, educational breakouts, exhibit hall access, networking events, and meals as outlined in the agenda. Daily registration includes access to all events, sessions, meals, and the exhibit hall for the day you registered only.

Is there an early bird discount?

Yes! Early bird rates are available until April 15, 2025.

Can I register on-site?

On-site registration will be available at a higher rate. We encourage attendees to register in advance.

Do you offer discounts for students?

Yes, students and Administrators in Training receive a 50% discount. Contact Claire Ruble at claire@leadingagevirginia.org for details.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received seven or more days before the event will be refunded, less an administrative fee. Cancellations within six days of the event will not be refunded, but substitutions are allowed.

How do I book a hotel?

Hotel booking details will be sent in your registration confirmation email.
