CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing at a minimum of seven days before the start of the event will receive a credit, less a $39 administrative fee, toward a future LeadingAge Virginia event, excluding the Annual Conferences or Leadership Retreats. Cancellations received within seven days of the event will be considered a no-show and no credit will be issued. Substitutions are encouraged. COVID-19 has introduced a number of new funding sources with different accounting treatments that will impact financial presentation of these items.  The goal of this presentation is to walk through potential accounting focused on the following areas: (a) receipt of funds and use of funds related to various COVID-19 funds; (b) treatment of PPP Loan and Forgiveness; and (c) impact on financial covenants

Cessation of LIBOR - KPM Financial

Almost every community throughout the country has exposure to LIBOR and will have to deal with the consequences of it’s eventual demise.  This panel session will discuss the timing of LIBOR’s cessation, communities will need to do over the next year to prepare, and what the new financing landscape – using SOFR – will look like going forward
