This workshop will review the upcoming changes, including relevant PDPM information and an overview of the SNF proposed rule, for the Phase 3 Requirements of Participation, and provide a deep dive into the tools and resources to assist with the implementation in communities. Janine Finck-Boyle with LeadingAge will be the instructor.

a future LeadingAge Virginia event, excluding the Annual Conferences or Leadership Retreats.  Cancellations received after seven days before the event

will be considered a no-show and no credit will be issued. Substitutions are encouraged.  Any credits will expire one year after the date of the event.
