This workshop, devoted to Activity Directors, Social Workers, Resident Services, offers time for sharing of best practices and activities, updates on AL State regulations, documentation, mens' activities as well as creative activities, the volunteer program orientation, how to deal with difficult families, and information on The Birdsong Tablet, and more.

will be considered a no-show and no credit will be issued. Substitutions are encouraged.  Any credits will expire one year after the date of the event.
